Terms & Conditions

Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable with the exception of a denied application. 

Vendors are required to charge tax, per law. Get Your Kicks Vintage Market, a Tanryelle Interiors event, does NOT provide Wi-Fi, or any booth setup (tables, chairs, etc).  The vendor is responsible for providing these for their booth.
 

Your booth dimensions purchased reflect a pre-approved fire marshal layout. 

You CANNOT over fill your booth beyond the purchased dimensions, which are indicated on the floor. Vendors are responsible for their own personal goods. Neither, Tanryelle Interiors, Get Your Kicks Vintage Market, or the venue are held liable for any missing or stolen goods.

Get Your Kicks staff will always treat every vendor with respect and welcoming hospitality. We ask that you demonstrate the same courtesy to the Event Staff, other vendors and guests. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations governing this event may result in your expulsion from the event without refund as well as exclusion from future events. Enforcement of these terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of Get Your Kicks Vintage Market / Tanryelle Interiors. We reserve the right to interpret, modify, or add to the rules as necessary for the sound, safe, and efficient operation of the event and to protect the vendors and all other guests. 

 Setup will start on Friday, Oct 25th from 12pm to 6pm, and again on Saturday, Oct 26th from 6am-8am.
